Roula Rouva Real Estate was founded and is led by Roula Rouva, a real estate luminary who set out to transform the client experience through heightened service, professionalism, and innovative marketing practices. Mrs. Rouva is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the European Association CEPI, the International Real Estate Federation FIABCI, and has presided over the Greek Broker Price Opinion Association.

She has been awarded the title of “Female Leader in Business” by Who is Who publications in 2018, while she has received awards for her talent in Business and Entrepreneurship and has been recognized for her achievements by various media such as Fortune Greece, Forbes Greece and Prian.ru, where she has been interviewed as an expert in the field of real estate.

Mrs. Rouva’s dedication to service extends beyond the industry, where she works to advance societal well-being and proudly serves as the Ambassador of Doctors of the World Greece.

Mrs Rouva holds a degree in Public Relations and Communication, Real Estate Investment and Finance, as well as a Master’s degree in Tourism. Besides Greek, she speaks English and German.

Her first introduction to business was at a very young age. Back then, she worked in the management of the family business in North-West Corfu.

Her interest later turned to the real estate sector and in 2003 she founded the Real Estate Agency “Roula Rouva”. At that time she mainly focused on foreign investors and was active only in the northern part of Corfu. It was a small office and Mrs. Rouva assisted the clients on her own.

With diligent and persistent work, the small office evolved into a well-organized team, “Roula Rouva Real Estate”, which is the largest office in Corfu today, as it consists of a team of 50 people, while it has also obtained ISO professionalism certification from TUV Austria.
