Emma’s professional journey began as a Chalet Girl in the snow-capped French Alps, this laid the foundation for a deep appreciation of luxury hospitality. Utilizing this experience as a starting point, she swiftly progressed to senior management level, managing the running of multiple chalets, guest and staff logistics and consulting on contracts for established and new chalets for future winters.

Seeking fresh challenges, Emma transitioned to Central London’s real estate world where her expertise, keen attention to detail and calm demeanour led to success in luxury home sales for a number of years.

Emma then left England embarking on an exciting overseas adventure. She relocated to Melbourne with an extensive supply of Yorkshire Tea and Marmite, fearing they would be hard to come by on her travels. It was here that she found her niche in the short-term luxury rental industry, honing her many years of experience gained through the different areas of luxury living and her unique skill set to become an expert in all areas of luxury stays.

Continuing to achieve her successes, she maintains an active lifestyle driven by her adventurous spirit such as scuba diving off liveaboards, equestrian sports, hiking, HIT circuits, and travelling. Her ongoing accomplishments are a result of the combination of her diverse background, intrepid mindset, friendly nature, and ability to adapt to new challenges under pressure.
